Memoirs and autobiographies are decidedly nonfiction. Memoirs are written from the author's perspective but focus on a particular time in the span of their life. An autobiography is also written from the author's perspective, but it spans the author's entire life. Subgenres of each include transformational, confessional, celebrity and travel.
